In order to meet the educational needs of students and PhD students with disabilities, our offer includes the equipment rental service.

Equipment available for rent:

• portable computers (notebooks),
• tablets, including: Huawei, Asus hybrids,
• portable enlargers and magnifiers,
• Zoom Text magnifying programs,
• JAWs screeners,
• Braille notebooks,
• specialized keyboards,
• voice recorders,
• Braille rulers.

How to rent the equipment:

1. In the first step please contact in e-mail: pomoc.n@pwr.edu.pl. After consultation regarding the selection of the most appropriate device model, download and complete the application equipment lending (available in the Download tab called: Application for equipment lending [.pdf]).
2. The signed application should be submitted to the DDO Office (building C-13, room 1.09).
3. When your application is accepted, a contract for lending the equipment is drawn up and signed in the DDO Office. You also receive the equipment in the DDO Office.
4. After the expiry of the rental period, the equipment should be returned intact to the DDO Office where we dratf the return of the equipment report.
