"Assistive Technologies for Visually Impaired at WUST" -webinar April 23, 2021

As part of Virtual Open Days at WUST, we would like to invite all persons interested in studying at our University, as well as anyone who would like to learn more about the support offered in the field of assistive technologies, the accessibility of teaching materials and e-learning for our visually impaired students, to a webinar to be held on 23.04.2021 (Friday) from 13:00 to 14:00 titled "Assistive Technologies for Visually Impaired Students at PWr".

During the webinar we will invite you for a virtual tour of our integration laboratory, during which we will present the most interesting, in our opinion, assistive technologies facilitating visually impaired and blind students at the technical university.

In addition, we will present the activities carried out in the context of visually impaired students by the Assistive Technology Team and Digital Accessibility Team at Wrocław University of Science and Technology.

We will try to dispel some of the most popular myths about studying computer science and mathematics for blind persons. We will also answer your questions on the chat.
